Joel H. Klein & Associates is a "boutique" firm specializing in creditor's rights, mediation, ad valorem tax (property tax), and bankruptcy. Our mission is to provide the finest possible legal services in our specialty areas, effecting the maximum possible collections and/or savings in a most efficient manner. Our Firm handles matters on both contingency and hourly fee arrangements and represents clients from throughout the United States, Canada and Great Britain.

In creditor's rights, Joel H. Klein offers complete services to the creditors from demand to final collection. Our firm will make demand, file suit, pursue appropriate post-judgment collections (to include, but not limited to, garnishment, turnover, discovery, writ of attachment) and represent creditor's rights should the debtor pursue bankruptcy.

Klein is a member of the Association of Attorney Mediators and has served as president of the San Antonio Chapter of this association. Currently, Joel H. Joel H. Klein & Associates has been providing Ad Valorem tax consultation services to individuals and commercial entities in South Central Texas for over 50 years. Our consultants are members of the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals and are licensed property tax consultants, each having between 15 to 35 years experience in ad valorem tax consulting. Our firm will provide you or your business with representation on all your property tax needs.

Joel H. Klein & Associates offers representation to individuals and/or businesses in need of assistance in bankruptcy matters. Joel H. Klein and Associates provides services to both the debtor and creditor clientele. We offer counseling and representation for Chapter 7 Liquidation and Chapter 13 Reorganization, as well as, representation to protect creditor rights in the bankruptcy process.

Joel H. Klein & Associates has provided probate services to individuals since 1948, when Lester Klein, Joel's father, began practicing law. Joel H. Klein & Associates offers preparation of simple and complex wills, powers of attorney, medical powers of attorney for healthcare, and living trusts. Joel H. Klein & Associates can assist you from preparing the documents to probating the estate at time of death, to include any litigation that may arise.
